Le r\u00e9cent partenariat entre Pierre Cardin et le directeur David Ruggerio a rendu possible l&#8217;ouverture de ce <strong>restaurant-cabaret<\/strong>. Le chef Paul Ingenito (anciennement du Russian Tea Room) proposera un menu fran\u00e7ais avec \"un accent am\u00e9ricain\", qui changera au fil des saisons et dont les animations seront renouvel\u00e9es deux fois par mois. Construit en 1899, \u00e0 l&#8217;apog\u00e9e de la Belle \u00c9poque, les lignes fluides de l&#8217;Art Nouveau sont \u00e9videntes au <strong>Maxim&#8217;s New-York<\/strong>, des plus petits d\u00e9tails de l&#8217;ascenseur aux couverts, en passant par l&#8217;\u00e9clairage, le plafond en verre teint\u00e9, les peintures murales et les miroirs biseaut\u00e9s de 10 cm. Les trois chambres - le Grand Salon, l&#8217;Omnibus et la Belle Otero -, toutes construites en bois de rose et en laiton martel\u00e9, ont chacune leur propre personnalit\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le menu propose des entr\u00e9es telles que des hu\u00eetres dans une \u00e9mulsion de champagne et du caviar d&#8217;osetra (13,50 $), du foie gras grill\u00e9 sur une brioche au poivre (13,50 $) ; les entr\u00e9es comprennent un filet de morue noire saut\u00e9 avec une salade de moules chaudes et un bouillon de crustac\u00e9s au safran (19 $), une poitrine de pintade r\u00f4tie \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec de l&#8217;huile de truffe blanche (23 $). Au dessert, le granit\u00e9 au champagne et l&#8217;assortiment de sorbets \u00e9taient rafra\u00eechissants (7 $), mais le Napol\u00e9on au Grand Marnier avec des gaufrettes en dentelle d&#8217;amande et des quartiers d&#8217;orange (7 $) \u00e9tait d\u00e9cevant (les desserts ont besoin d&#8217;\u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9s). La carte des vins comprend des Pauillac, des Margaux, des Montrachet ainsi que le champagne de Maxim&#8217;s.
