color: #002654;\">225 g de carottes, \u00e9pluch\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en fines tranches.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">150 g de navets, \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en fines tranches.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">1 gros oignon pel\u00e9 et coup\u00e9 en fines lamelles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">2 branches de c\u00e9leri, coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de farine ordinaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">4 tomates, pel\u00e9es, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en morceaux.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">225 ml de vin rouge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">225 ml de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes ou de b\u0153uf.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">225 g de haricots verts, par\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en deux.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">350-450 g de petites pommes de terre nouvelles ou anciennes fermes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">du persil hach\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">M\u00e9thode<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">M\u00e9langer la chair \u00e0 saucisse avec l&#8217;oignon, une des gousses d&#8217;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es, le persil, le sel et le poivre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">Diviser le m\u00e9lange en 4 et \u00e9taler une portion sur chaque tranche de b\u0153uf, rouler proprement et attacher avec de la ficelle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">Faire fondre le beurre dans une cocotte allant \u00e0 la flamme et y faire dorer les paupiettes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">Ajouter les carottes, le navet, l&#8217;oignon en tranches, le c\u00e9leri et le reste de l&#8217;ail dans la po\u00eale et faire cuire doucement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient tendres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">Incorporer la farine et les tomates et bien m\u00e9langer.Remettre les paupiettes dans la casserole.Ajouter le vin, le bouillon, le sel et le poivre.Couvrir, mettre au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 et cuire pendant 1 1\/2 - 2 heures jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient tendres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">Cuire les haricots verts et les pommes de terre dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #002654;\">Retirer les ficelles des paupiettes et les disposer sur un plat de service chauff\u00e9 avec les haricots et les pommes de terre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
